This rich documentary follows the legendary Senagalese filmmaker Sembene Ousmane from the Pan African Film Festival (FESPACO) in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso back to the streets of Dakar and to his Galle Ceddo home in Dakar suburb at Yoff overlooking the sea.

This documentary captures Sembene, at the ripe age of 79, working 12 hour days in a remote African village where midday temperatures usually exceed 100 degrees.
