Synopsis
Karunga, a young doctor, fresh from an European University, is posted to a village where lives Ouba, a healer, who is very famous in the opinion of the population. Humiliated at several times by the man he regards as a charlatan, Karunga faced with the good results of the healer, revise his certainty and starts to listen to Ouba, who initiates him at the traditional medicine. The conflict is revived by Karunga who tries to put all this ancestral knowledge in a book as it must stay a secret to keep his efficiency.
